Due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic, the 4 For 44 has been cancelled for 2020.  An email with the details of the cancellation along with details on registration options was sent to registered runners on 8/1. For additional information on the message please go to link below.

4 For 44 Relay

Each team has four runners. You will need three of your closest friends, family, coworkers, or at least there people you don’t mind spending the day with.  Your team captain will register the team and send the team login information so that everyone can pay on their own.

We will have 11 relay transfer points for 12 running legs around Chautauqua Lake, each running leg will be between 2 to 6 miles.  Each team mate will run three legs, a total of 10 to 13 miles for the day.

Get your team together to decide which legs each runner gets.

How do you get to the transfer points?  That is half of the fun, you use your car, van, (now known as your official team vehicle) to meet your teammate at the next spot.  Think of it as a road trip, but with running involved.

So dust off the eight track tape decks, get a new rear view mirror air freshener, and get ready for a fun day!
