2024 Race Update

Unfortunately the 4 For 44 team relay has been cancelled for this year. All participants should have received an email with details on 7/23, if you did not receive please check your SPAM folder or reach out to info@endurancefactor.com. We are truly sorry that the 4 For 44 will not be held in 2024.

4 For 44 Relay

Each team has four runners. You will need three of your closest friends, family, coworkers, or at least there people you don’t mind spending the day with.  Your team captain will register the team and send the team login information so that everyone can pay on their own.

We will have 11 relay transfer points for 12 running legs around the Boston Hills, each running leg will be between 2 to 6 miles.  Each team mate will run three legs, a total of 10 to 13 miles for the day.

Get your team together to decide which legs each runner gets.

How do you get to the transfer points?  That is half of the fun, you use your car, van, (now known as your official team vehicle) to meet your teammate at the next spot.  Think of it as a road trip, but with running involved.

So dust off the eight track tape decks, get a new rear view mirror air freshener, and get ready for a fun day!

Entry Fees

  • Now to June 26 – $75 per person ($300 per team)
  • June 27 to July 30 – $80 per person ($320 per team)
  • July 31 to August 20 – $85 per person ($340 per team)

Wave Start times 7:00 am to 9:00 am

On the entry form you will be asked to give a rough estimate on average team pace.  Don’t worry you can change this later on, but it will help plan the start waves and manage athlete car traffic at relay points. Start waves will be assigned a few weeks before race day.

Teams should be able to maintain a 12:00 min/mile average pace.

Average Team Pace

  • Under 6:30 min/mile
  • 6:30 to 6:59 min/mile
  • 7:00 to 7:59 min/mile
  • 8:00 to 8:59 min/mile
  • 9:00 to 9:29 min/mile
  • 9:30 to 9:59 min/mile
  • 10:00 to 12:00 min/mile

Have a team mate that can’t make it?  No problem just find another runner and the team captain can transfer your spot to them.

After August 10th shirt size will have to remain what the original runner ordered.
